MIKE FRIEND: 

I live in Lee’s Summit and have grown up in the area my whole life attending Blue Springs High School.  There I was a stand out football player signing a letter of intent to Mid America Nazarene University in 1999.  There I was a two time All American receiving Lineman of the Year in 2002.  After my collegiate career I entered the Masters Program while coaching D-Line and inside Linebackers.  Today I am the Head Trainer at Blue Springs Family YMCA where I specialize in Sport Specific Training and Strength and Conditioning. 

 I pride myself in Olympic, Speed, and Explosion training that directly transfers onto the playing field.
