Gary Bowers runs a pitching school and teaches high school biology just outside of Kansas City. Although he was raised in Southern California, the Midwest has been his home for over 13 years. He has an extensive background in baseball, both as a player and a coach. He was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in 1975.
