Speed and Agility Camp

What our Camp is:
1.
Our camp is a supplement to
your programs, not in place of.
2.
Our camp is a speed and
agility camp…not a conditioning camp.
3.
Our camp is every Saturday
for one hour sessions or a 6 week program at a discounted rate.
4.
Our camp day will consist of
15 minutes of the mental side of athletics and 45 minutes of
specific speed and agility training.
What you
can expect from us:
1.
We are not changing the
game, we are not trying to put our stamp on anything, we are just
teaching athletes the correct way to train and mentally approach the
game.
2.
We will emphasize how
important the mental side to an Athlete’s sports regiment is.
What
your athletes can expect to get:
1.
Your athletes will receive
the following; test numbers for 40 yard, and 60 yard dash, agility
run, push up and sit up max, in season workouts, and professional
experience in a camp that will aid them in sports and in their daily
life.
2.
They will get a coaches
perspective on numerous aspects of high school level sports
including: when we watch, what we watch for, how talent is only half
of the equation and how character is just as important, and what is
expected of them.
3.
Your athletes will receive instruction from athletes and coaches
that have had high school, college, professional, and coaching
experience.
4.
Your athletes will get
better.
Start Date: November 7th at 10 a.m.

The Yard is an indoor Baseball and Softball Facility located in Lee's Summit, MO. We wanted to provide the youth of Eastern Jackson County with a premier indoor facility for baseball and softball training. Our goal is very simple, we want each player to reach his or her potential and have a lot of fun doing it. From the beginner to the advanced player, The Yard is the place to be.

65' X 50' turf field for hitting/fielding drills

We have quality Instructors for private lessons, unique year-round programs and events to take your athlete's game to the next level.
Pure and simple, we are not your ordinary "batting cage" facility, with over 30,000 square feet dedicated to the development and training of all ages participating in baseball or softball. A coach has the ability to focus on exactly what they want to do that particular practice. Need to practice hitting? How about using the enclosed turf infield with live pitching, one cage with machine pitched balls, and other area for soft toss or tee work. Next practice, need to work on fielding, move your position players to the larger turf field for complete infield drills while your pitchers are in the tunnels getting in some work.
